Two things....

First, I've been tagged by the lovely Tres Posh Preppy...I haven't forgotten and will hopefully post again tonight.

Secondly, just thought I'd let you all have a laugh at my expense. I was on iTunes today and I noticed that John Mayer has a new live acoustic album out. I'm not gonna lie, I bought it within seconds. It's really good. Great actually. I love John. Seriously. If I weren't married I might be a stalker of his. My father loves him too. My Dad is quite talented when it comes to music; he plays guitar and also co-wrote a very famous song. Anyway, he loves to play along with his guitar to JM tunes. Last year for his birthday I bought my Dad and I tickets to see JM in Boston together. He was so excited (so was I). Last minute he had to fly to NYC for a business trip and couldn't make it. I went by myself. Yup, all alone. And it was AMAZING, other than the fact that my Dad wasn't with me. I'd do it again. I also bought my favorite running tee shirt at the concert. Anyway, I'm officially a Mayer groupie. Let the laughing begin.

I am not laughing at all! I want that shirt. We're headed back east & have 3 tickets to see him in Mansfield, we're taking our son who is really into playing his guitar. Saw JM at the Hollywood Bowl last year, or 2 years ago, he is amazing! I am a huge fan as well!

you crack me up! good for you for going to the concert. i've never done that...but since his music is "moody" in a good way...it's easy to see how one could feel the vibe flying solo.

the t-shirt...very preppy in a john mayer way. i like.

JM rocks-love him! My dad was in a band for years. He played guitar and electric bass-we loved his music in the house growing up. His full-time job is as a dean at a university, but he continues with his music in his free time.

I love him too but not as much as you!!!! My hubby kills me because when the song "your body is a wonderland" came out he would sing "your body is a hotdog stand!" So funny!

Come right over and I'll throw a cocktail party in your honor!!!!

Love the shirt!

I've done a lot of things that are similar by myself but not a rock concert, but good for you! And who wouldn't miss a John Mayer concert?

I haven't been to a concert in a while.

I do love his music.

(Have been enjoying reading your blog off and on from off of Tres Poshe Preppy but have never yet commented.)

My husband travels so much for work that I have learned to do a lot of things alone. It's really not so bad. Love the shirt!
